Job Description:

Immediate need for a receptionist! A growing company specializing in flexible workplace solutions is seeking a receptionist for their Portland area office. Duties & Responsibilities:

? Answer phones, direct calls, take messages

? Greet customers and create welcome signs for customer visits

? Maintain welcome area and customer kitchen ? make coffee as necessary

? Maintain mailroom ? post mail daily, prepare outgoing packages, distribute faxes

? Order food for lunches and meetings

? Organize and order office supplies as needed

? Maintain sample and catalog library and re-order samples as needed

? Run Weekly Reports

? Process orders as needed ? ongoing training required

? Send out after project letters

? Accounting ? as needed

? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

? Prompt, professional and effective communication with all personnel

? Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Job Specifications:

? 2- 3 years office experience

? Solid references

? Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check

Education:

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Two-year college degree preferred

Skill Requirements:

? Computer skills a must ? Excel & Word

? Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

? Excellent organizational skills

? Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Pay: Up to $32k
