are looking for a Vice President - 401k Solutions and Institutional
Technology to support our Technology Business Services team. If you

The Opportunity:
As the Vice President - 401k Solutions and Institutional
Technology, you will report to the Group Vice President -
Technology Business Services to manage all aspects of IT-run
technology solutions used by 401k Solutions and Fisher Investments
Institutional Group, and will assist our business leaders in
defining their system architecture and contribute to technology
solutions. You will will have a blend of leadership, technical
experience, and business knowledge with deep experience working
with the 401k Solutions and Fisher Investments Institutional Group
teams on their technology stacks.
The Day-to-Day:
- Oversee all aspects of IT-run technology solutions used by 401k
Solutions and Fisher Investments Institutional Group. Earn a seat
at the table as their central contact (general contractor) and
primary trusted technology partner
- Develop technology strategy and roadmaps for capabilities with
the business, vendors and other internal technology partners
- Deliver prioritized projects and programs as mutually-agreed
upon (time, budget, scope)
- Remain current on technology trends and industry solutions that
affect the partner business and Fisher technology at large
- Actively partner with and manage vendors who provide IT-run
technology services and solutions
- Measure, communicate and support application stability,
scalability and production support
- Develop ecosystem scorecards, Service level agreements and KPIs
together with the business and other technology partners to
evaluate success and determine areas for improvement and areas of
opportunity
- Contribute to technology risk evaluation including the
management of obsolescence and technology debt
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external legal
requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets/resources
- Work with peers and management on the development of mission,
standards, services and goals
Your Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience
managing and building effective, IT teams and leadership
responsible for the development, deployment and support of
enterprise-class software solutions
- Experience leading technology transformation projects including
hands-on use of various development methodologies; an understanding
of important integration and data strategies; and a core grasp of
software life-cycle management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of
education/experience ideally in a STEM field
Compensation:
- $180,000 - $220,000 base salary per year in the state of WA -
New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range
depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual
performance
