• Responsible for showing a strong understanding of the CNC programming and set up -functions. Provides technical support to the CNC programming and set up functions.
• Developing, implementing and on-going supervision of the company's CNC production process.
• On-time delivery of all completed CNC customer orders
• Ensuring that all CNC equipment is maintained in conformance with the company's preventative maintenance process and the manufacturer's requirement
• Responsible for providing high quality CNC programming, program editing, and set up functions
• Providing strong/direct daily guidance to the CNC employees to ensure the daily production goals are achieved for all shifts
• Responsible for working closely with the QA manager and Engineering team to eliminate or reduce the cost of re-work Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for - CNC -Machinists -.. .

  • 5-10 years CNC programming/set up experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in CNC or tooling production.
  • Must have strong math skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees of varying education levels.

    • Required: High School diploma or GED.
    • Preferred: Vocational School Certificate
