This role would be on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis, and located in the Corvallis, Oregon area.What you get to do every day- Manage and review general ledger- Monitor accounts by balancing entries- Look after archived records by categorizing documents- Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits- Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
