The Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist will have extensive knowledge of GAAP and application to a variety of accounting transactions. Overview of the Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist position: Accurately process and post high volume customer checks and ACH payments daily. Research and investigate discrepancies in accounts receivable to ensure accurate coding, processing, and recording of transactions in a timely manner. Prepare and process accounts receivable refund requests. Communicate with operations to resolve outstanding issues. Assist with special projects as assigned.
