OVERVIEWAdministrative Assistants play an essential role in the
smooth running of our agency. This particular AA role within the
Long Term Care and Treatment at Farm Home School Student acts as
the program's registrar. This unique role supports the students and
staff in both the residential and day treatment mental health
facilities on campus. Students move in and out of the programs
frequently and quickly. This position is self-paced, requires
flexibility and the ability to transition between different demands
and duties seamlessly. There is a high degree of confidentiality
and responsibility, in this rewarding position. This position plays
a critical role on a team of educators supporting some of our most
vulnerable students. QUALIFICATIONS 1. High school diploma or
equivalent.2. Two years of successful administrative assistant
experience.3. Demonstrated knowledge and skills using word
processing, database, and spreadsheet software with knowledge of
publishing software, with a high level of accuracy.4. Effective
communication skills.5. Working knowledge of basic office
procedures and the operation of common office equipment and
machines.6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the
LBL Board of Directors/Superintendent may find appropriate and
acceptable. REPORTS TOLong Term Care and Treatment Director GENERAL
INFORMATION This position has the following expectation and

personnel, and the public.Demonstrates exceptional skills in

in a professional manner including maintaining professional dress
standards.Ability to lift, carry or transport up to 25
pounds.Utilize teleservice platform to provide services to
educators, students and district staff as directedMaintain regular
attendance at work. Be punctual in meeting deadlines, attending
meetings and following schedules.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThis is not

The supervisor of this position may modify this list at any time
it's deemed necessary. Within administrative guidelines, evaluates
student records, places students appropriately within the
instructional program, tracks student attendance and oversees
transfers of credits from other districts.Processes and transmits
requests for transcripts, special education, and other student
records.Maintains and updates various types of files, logs, and
records both digitally and manually. Responds to requests for such
information as directed and makes summary reports to various
agencies, including Oregon Department of Education (ODE).Support
Special Education Case Manager with document compliance and
distribution. Maintains knowledge of District Student Information
System(s) and other related programs.Maintains, stores, and
retrieves information in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
using standard office systems, equipment, and software.Collaborate
with mental health providers and other outside agencies.Develop job
skills necessary to meet changes of the position. Establishing new
routines and procedures within prescribed limits; develops
recommendations regarding other changes as necessary. Provides
general clerical and support services for supervisor and/or program
staff.Maintain familiarity of applicable Oregon Statute,
Administrative Rules, Department of Education Regulations and LBL
Policies. SALARY AND BENEFIT INFORMATION - Salary and benefit
information shown are based on full-time employment (1.0 FTE) based
on the current school year - Placement on the Linn Benton Lincoln
ESD Classified salary schedule will be commensurate with
applicant's qualifications, relevant training, and experience -
Linn Benton Lincoln ESD will provide an Insurance CAP to assist
with health, dental and vision insurance premiums - Employer paid
PERS, holidays, sick leave and personal days are also provided -
