We are seeking a Senior Fleet Mechanic to join our dedicated team, ensuring our vast fleet of delivery vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, facilitating timely and safe delivery of products across the nation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automotive repair and maintenance, with a specific focus on commercial vehicles, and the ability to lead and mentor others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Conduct routine and complex maintenance and repair work on all types of automotive vehicles used in the fleet, including preventive maintenance inspections. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Lead and train junior mechanics, improving overall team performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the shop and field. Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles through our maintenance software systems. Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency with electronic testing equipment. Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with assignments.
