Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Maintenance Technician role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a

Responsibilities: · Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting,
and repair on production and facility equipment to ensure safe and
efficient operations. · Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions to minimize
downtime. · Conduct preventative maintenance according to
established schedules and maintenance programs. · Install, modify,
and upgrade machinery, equipment, and systems as needed to support
production goals. · Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service
records, and equipment documentation. · Respond promptly to
equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to restore operations
quickly. · Ensure compliance with safety standards, company
policies, and regulatory requirements. · Work closely with
production teams to identify improvement opportunities and support
operational efficiency. · Maintain a clean and organized
maintenance workspace and assist with facility upkeep as needed. ·
Report recurring equipment issues, safety concerns, or improvement
opportunities to supervisors. Qualifications: · High school diploma
or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance,
industrial technology, or a related field is preferred. · Previous
experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar
environment preferred. · Strong mechanical aptitude and working
knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. ·
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and
blueprints. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced
industrial environment. · Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. · Excellent teamwork, communication, and
collaboration skills. · Flexibility to work varying shifts,
including evenings or weekends, as required. What We Offer: ·
