We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Position descriptionCurrently, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services account team in Corvallis, Oregon.Position Summary

  • Project management delivery over assigned JLL client projects
  • Provide superior client service
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and company

  • Meet assigned financial targetsEssential Functions
    • Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met
    • Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance
    • Create and track purchase orders and invoices
    • Monitor and follow up with project managers on Clarizen data integrity
    • Upon award of a project, drive the development of project-specific and client driven goals, schedules, budget and detailed assumptions
    • Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions
    • Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation
    • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
    • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to, those governing ethics and business practice.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
      • 3+ years of practical experience
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      • Strong working knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
      • Experience in engineering, construction management or real estate preferred
      • Strong organizational and analytical skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients
      • Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team members on behalf of client
      • Demonstrate understanding of all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to scope, schedule, budget and closeout
      • Demonstrate understanding of project document control and handover
      • Seek opportunities to add value to process
