Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. If you want to transform your career, *Apply Now *below.*Summary:***The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Manager role is responsible for meeting quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Direct Sales organization for new customers. As a lead of the North American Tiger team you will add value throughout the sales process and ensure your team is supporting the software and services sales teams across the region. You will bring a depth of experience in solution consulting with previous NetSuite experience as an asset. You have proven success coaching and mentoring team members with a desire to grow and build a team. You will be responsible to drive the strategy for the SC team supporting these verticals, deal with escalations and partner with key executive members in the organization to drive new sales. You enjoy a challenge and are able to deal well with shifting priorities.*Responsibilities**:**Manage and prioritize sales opportunities for virtual team of high performing individual contributors.**Work cross teams to staff opportunities, track deal progress and provide insights to sales leadership.**Complex/Large sales cycles experience working with solution providers and implementation partners.**Manage RFI/RFP responses as the relate to functional requirements and solution fit.**Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's business applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives.**Coach, support and develop members of team from both a product value perspective as well as customer engagement. **Provide input to other cross-functional departments such as Product Management, Client Management, Support and Professional Services - pertaining to customer requests and product enhancements. **Ability to solve complex problems while engaging multiple cross functional resources.**Manage hiring needs and performance of team promote culture.**Troubleshoot and escalate complex customer requirements.**Qualifications/Skills:*2 years in pre-sales management or 10 years in a pre-sales role with ERP applicationsHands-on experience with financial and/or supply chain application packagesProven ability to mentor and develop solution consultants (solution sell and coach)Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure with competing prioritiesPrevious experience hiring and building a pre-sales team is an assetExperience presenting NetSuite product to customers is an assetBA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experienceAbility to work well on cohesive team*Travel*: Position may require travel up to 40%NetSuite is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment, as NetSuite does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.**Job:** **Pre Sales***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Sales Consulting Manager***Location:** *United States***Requisition ID:** *190000NI***Other Locations:** *Canada*
