for extension)-Location: Oregon (80 miles south of
Portland)-Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month-Shift: Monday – Friday,
8a-5p (usually ½ day clinic, ½ day consults, but flexible)-Scope:
Inpatient and/or outpatient pulmonology (somedays procedures
only)-EMR: Epic-Group: 10 other pulmonologists-Hospital: 188 beds,
level II trauma center-Required: Board certified or board eligible
with Oregon license
