Job Type Full Time Schedule Days Pay Depends on Experience Patients Per Day 14-16 EMR System - Athena Work Location Outpatient Clinic, Adults Job ID 51094 Job Description A Corvallis based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate internal medicine physician to join a collaborative, physician owned outpatient practice. An ideal candidate has a year or more of experience, should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating adults only. This role involves collaboration with other staff members including two MDs and an NP. It is outpatient only with a call schedule of 1:8 and telephone only. Required Qualifications

• OR medical license as an MD or DO
• Completion of an approved residency program
• Board certification in primary care
• DEA certificate before start date
• CPR certification Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience Responsibilities
    • Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients
    • Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care
    • Participate in utilization and peer review programs which evaluates the quality of the medical staff and medical services being performed at the clinics
    • Provide supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners
    • Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone accessibility as necessary Benefits
