• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs

  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in home health care
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
