(OT) to join our team in Lebanon, Oregon at Avamere Rehabilitation
of Lebanon. Tucked away in scenic southern Oregon you will find
Avamere Rehabilitation of Lebanon. This facility has a friendly
team of six therapists across all disciplines. The building has 83
beds, 43 of which are skilled and 40 that are long-term care. The
facility has served the community for over 40 years. The team
upholds a strong commitment to quality care, evidence-based

external customers. Actively participates in quality assurance and

occupational therapy to patients according to licensureDirects and
supervises the work of assistants, rehab aides, and students as
applicable with state and federal guidelinesFollows all
organizational and facility safety procedures regarding ones
personal protection and patient safetyExpands and enhances self, in
both clinical and professional knowledge through associations and
continuing educationSupports and participates in department
operations and developmentCommunicates patient status and needs to
the patient, family, caregivers, or other members involved with
patient careQualifications:Graduate of an approved curriculum in
Occupational TherapyAble to practice unencumberedIn good standing
with all regulatory agencies and licensing boardsWorking knowledge
of Medicare and other payer sourcesFull knowledge of residents
rightsExudes professionalism in presentationAbility to
multitaskMust be able to read, write, speak, understand, and
