Services is the place to grow!Your Role:Clinical Program Manager
In-patient:Provide clinical and administrative support, to a
multidisciplinary team, in a highly structured therapeutic
milieu.Carry cases as needed, providing individual, family, and
group therapy, utilizing evidence-based intervention.Position is
responsible for managing assigned programs and overseeing
activities in assigned programs to ensure the safety, security, and
most effective treatment of clients.Provide in-the-moment support,
to support the safety of the milieu, during times of significant
stress.About You:You are mission-sensed and seeking meaningful work
and career growth. You have completed a master's degree and are
eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed
professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or
marriage and family therapist. You thrive in a collaborative
environment and take pride in supporting those around you. You
