Without them, I'd be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live..." - Client from TelecareWhat You Will Do To Change LivesAs a senior member of the clinical team, the Family Nurse Practitioner provides direct medical treatment to members served.Nurse Practitioner, General - Per Diem up to 12 hours per week as needed (Flexible on days and hours worked, must be available 1 day onsite per week)Expected Independent Contractor wage range - $95/hr. - $117/hr.Expected Employee wage range - $76/hr. - $94/hr.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
