Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Location:
Oregon Sleep Associates - Portland, ORSchedule: Full-Time -

and respiratory disorders. We are currently seeking a skilled and
patient-focused Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our
collaborative team and support our growing practice.Primary
ResponsibilitiesPerform respiratory assessments and deliver
therapeutic interventions for patients with sleep-related breathing
disorders.Administer and monitor CPAP/BiPAP therapy, including
setup, titration, and troubleshooting.Educate patients on
respiratory equipment use, care, and compliance
strategies.Collaborate with sleep physicians and clinical staff to
develop and implement individualized care plans.Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory
standards.Assist with diagnostic testing and support sleep study
operations as needed.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout
all procedures.Required Skills & QualificationsCurrent RRT
credential and Oregon state licensure (or eligibility).Strong
knowledge of PAP therapy and respiratory care protocols.Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail and
ability to work independently.Proficiency in patient education and
equipment troubleshooting.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a
sleep medicine or pulmonary care setting.Familiarity with EMR
systems and digital clinical workflows.Background in patient
compliance monitoring and follow-up.Understanding of insurance
