FW3Full-timeTuesday to SaturdayDayThis position will help support a 15-resident specialty needs program serving high acuity clients. Firwood Gardens has leadership staff solely dedicated to serving this 15-person program, including 7-day a week nurse coverage and high staff to resident ratios on all shifts. This position will closely partner with the RN and Milieu Counselor.If youre looking for your next opportunity to grow and challenge your Health Services skillset, apply today!:JOB SUMMARY::A Resident Care Coordinator LPN will work closely with the Health Services team in our Community Based Care facility to ensure the quality care of all residents.
