speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or
swallowing disorders. /n Job Requirements: /n Education and Work
Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications
will require Bachelor’s): Required /n - Master's Degree: Preferred
/n Licenses/Certifications: - Speech Pathologist licensure in the
state of practice: Required /n - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)
certification: Required /n - American Speech-Language and Hearing
Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC):
Required /n - Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21
years of age or older: Required /n - Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP): Required /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthstream Basic
Life Support (HS-BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR): Required
/n - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC-SLP): Required /n Essential Functions: - Assesses
and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments,
patient care needs, interventions and outcomes. /n - Identifies
changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters. /n
- Reviews treatment plans and assesses individual performances to
modify, change or write new programs. /n - Maintains documentation
as required by law, establishment policy and administrative
regulation. /n - Instructs patients on ways to monitor speech and
practice new skills. /n - Performs other job-related duties as
