Job Description:
The Care Management (CM) Manager is accountable for the
direction and management of the inpatient Care Management
Department. This position provides leadership and oversight for the
clinical care management model, staff of approximately 24-31 FTE,
budget of approximately $2.4-2.9 M, and operations of the care
management department for the facility. S/he promotes team
functioning, advances the clinical care management model and
improves coordination of patient care in collaboration with all

Bachelors Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse
License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association= 2 years Supervisory experience, including program
planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation
1 year Care Management experience. 3 years Relevant experience in
one or more of the following areas: Social Services. Utilization
Review/Quality Management. Case Management. Preferred

Range: $58.85 - $94.73 The amounts listed are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
