As an MRI Technologist you will be responsible for operating a
magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by physicians in
the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies and train additional
MRI staff. Primary Responsibilities: - Selects appropriate imaging
techniques via operator’s console and peripheral hardware -
Maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff -
Enters and monitors patient data - Image exams in a way as to
accurately demonstrate required patient anatomy - Trains additional
MRI staff and MRI support staff - Maintains up to date knowledge of
MRI procedures and protocols - Assists receptionist in scheduling
patient exams as needed You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your

Required Qualifications: - ARMRIT or ARRT-MRI eligible - Current
Magnetic Resonance Imaging license issued by the Oregon Board of
Medical Imaging - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or
ability to complete BLS certification within 90 days of hire - 2
years of successful work within a Radiology Department of similar
complexity to the Clinic’s in the role of a dedicated MRI
Technologist - Thorough knowledge of human anatomy, positioning,
and MRI exam protocols The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to
$56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
