OR 97006, USAHourly rate of $55 - $65 per hour plus an uncapped
bonus plan$5,000 Signing Bonus We offer the following benefits for

role) Position Qualifications: - Accredited Hygiene Technical
School or College - Current applicable State Dental License (or the
ability to acquire one by time of employment) - Other
licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
