Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Location: McMinnville, OR (Serving McMinnville and Salem Regions) Location Type: Hybrid – Patient Home Visits Work Type: Full-Time Base Pay: $104,000 – $106,000/year- commensurate with experience About the Opportunity A highly respected home health provider with a multi-state presence is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its dynamic team in McMinnville, OR. As a Physical Therapist in this field-based role, you will work directly with patients in their homes, helping them regain function, mobility, and independence. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary care team and provided with the flexibility and resources needed to deliver exceptional therapy services.
