Description: Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the
Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the
care of patients. Teachespatients and significant others. Documents
patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the
interdisciplinary team to effectivelycoordinate overall care of the
patient. Submission requirements: Recent (in the past 2 years)
acute care hospital experience -REQUIRED2 years experience of
intermediate/progressive care experience -REQUIREDFacility would
consider a candidate with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown
experienceCertifications don t need to be active at time of
