Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor
and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift:
12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
required License: Active RN License required Certifications:
Required certifications in the specialty area Must-Have: Must have
a vehicle for this assignment Description: Position will float
between units based on unit needs. On-call duties are not required.
Weekends are required every other weekend. Block schedules are not
required. Expect to work with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3,
following established standards. Travelers may be required to float
to other units based on their skill sets. Must commit to working 3
of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Specific charting experience
required: proficient in Epic. References are required, including 2
supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate
hospitals as necessary. Travelers' refusal to float may result in
termination of assignment. Communication devices may be provided
for the assignment requirements.
