Our Respiratory Therapists are responsible for providing clinical respiratory services under the direction of the healthcare provider and according to the plan of care. This role is perfect for someone passionate about improving the quality of life for patients in their own homes. Provide respiratory therapy and clinical oversight to patients Educate patients and their families on the proper use of equipment and necessary care procedures Set up and maintain respiratory therapy equipment Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary Adhere to all compliance policies and procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care Extensive knowledge of chronic respiratory diseases Proficiency in using respiratory care equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
