Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college /n - AANC or AANP certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician associate /n - Active Unrestricted Oregon State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License or ability to obtain prior to employment /n - Current Oregon DEA certificate or the ability to obtain prior to employment /n - Access to reliable high-speed internet /n - Able to work well with others in a team environment /n - Live locally within commuting distance to Corvallis/Albany, OR /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - 2 years of clinical practice experience /n - Urgent Care or ER experience /n - Solid understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics /n - Proficiency in common medication indications, side effects, and contraindications /n - Confidence with clinical decision making over telephone visit /n /n /n *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. /n /n Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
