Surgical Tech I in the Operating Room at Lincoln County Medical

Responsibilities: The Surgical Tech I provides assistance and
support to surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and
equipment during surgical procedures in the Operating Room. Works
under the supervision of the surgeon. Facilitates a safe, effective
and orderly operating room to maximize patient safety. Type of

bonuses available for qualified candidates . Qualifications: HS
Diploma or GED required. Scrub various types of basic surgical
procedures: general, OB/gyn, urology, gastroenterology. Short-term
training in operating room setting preferred. Previous experience
with handling of sterile supplies and/or instruments preferred.
Familiarity with all surgical instruments and equipment. Working
knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique. BLS Required at time of
