Job Description:
Description This is a per diem/on call position supporting our
Cully site. The Community Care RN provides and supervises
professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients.
Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the
Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing,
planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising
professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal
health and independence. Providence PACE is a Program of
All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older
adults as healthy as possible living in the community through
clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders

Qualifications: Coursework/Training Relevant training applicable to
the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager. Upon hire: Oregon
Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider
BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 1 year of Home health RN experience.

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
