Job Description:
New Locum open for Occupational Medicine in Portland, OR This
one will fill fast Open to rate discussion! M-F 8-5 No wait for
credentialing ! Start ASAP Providence Occupational Medicine has
immediate need We will accept MD or DO candidates for this
position. OR license or IMLC open to apply Looking for one full
time provider. Please do not present providers who have less than
full time availability. There is some flexibility within the M-F
schedule. Shifts are 8am-5pm clinic only. There will be a one hour
lunch from 12-1. Guaranteed hours are 8 hours and OT will not apply
until after 8 hours. (Please note the lunch hour does not count). A
DEA is required We will look at BE providers but must be truly BE
(within 5 years) No hospital privileges need for this job. Contact:
