As an Emergency Response Paramedic at American Medical Response (AMR), you will be a crucial part of a dedicated team responsible for providing rapid, efficient, and exceptional emergency medical care. You will attend to emergencies and accidents within various communities, utilizing your skills to assess patient conditions, administer medical treatment, and, when necessary, transport patients to healthcare facilities. At AMR, our goal is to offer swift medical interventions that save lives and reduce recovery times, all by relying on top-level paramedics equipped with state-of-the-art technology and training. Your role will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding medical services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently. Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate medical treatment. Operate emergency equipment and apply advanced life support techniques. Document medical care given to patients and communicate with healthcare facilities. Ensure the safety and readiness of emergency vehicles and equipment. Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols Proficiency in using medical equipment and software for reporting Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Certified and licensed as a Paramedic in the state of operation. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
