Manager – Build, Grow, and Lead a Market Community Medical Services
(CMS) is hiring a bold, people-centered clinic Manager who thinks
like an entrepreneur and acts like a community connector. This role
is ideal for someone who loves building something from the ground
up, persuading stakeholders, and rapidly growing access to care.
You won’t just manage a clinic — you’ll grow a market, build trust
with system partners, and help people who use drugs find a safe,

Grow the Clinic Rapidly ramp client census through community
outreach and referral development Identify and build relationships
with: Hospitals and emergency departments Behavioral health
providers Harm reduction organizations Probation/parole, shelters,
and social service agencies Represent CMS confidently with system
partners and community stakeholders Lead Like an Owner Operate the
clinic with an entrepreneurial mindset — treating growth, access,
and experience as top priorities Partner with the Regional
Operations Director to execute growth plans and new initiatives
Track and manage KPIs tied to census growth, access, and service
excellence Manage & Inspire the Team Hire, train, and develop
front-line clinic staff Create a positive, accountable, high-energy
clinic culture Coach staff to deliver exceptional, stigma-free
patient experiences Ensure Strong Operations Oversee daily clinic
operations, patient flow, and coordination of care Partner with
Quality and Compliance to meet all regulatory requirements Lead the
clinic through audits, inspections, and corrective actions when

Requirements: Qualifications High School Diploma required 2 years
of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
preferred Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
Outreach, sales, business development, or community engagement
