Practice Overview You'll join a team of compassionate professionals at a community-based, 40-bed acute-care hospital Work alongside a supportive staff including medical assistants and behavioral health clinicians Engage with a panel of patients addressing both acute and chronic conditions Minimal call duty; only once per quarter, with after-hours triaged by nursing staff Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday schedul;no weekends 40 hours per week: 32 hours clinical, 8 hours administrative Clinic hours run from 7 am to 6 pm, offering a consistent routine See 18-20 patients per day in a supportive environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 with additional moonlighting opportunities $15,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, and $2,500 CME allowance Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match Generous PTO Healthcare coverage is effective from the 1st of the next month after starting Candidate Requirements Active PA/NP license in Oregon and current DEA license Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP/PA in family medicine Comfort with managing a broad range of primary care concerns U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available Community & Location Highlights Experience the quaint charm of Stayton, just 15 miles from Salem Enjoy outdoor activities with easy access to mountains, rivers, and parks Explore local wineries and the vibrant lifestyle of the Willamette Valley Excellent schools and a family-friendly atmosphere in a close-knit community Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
