Job Description:

work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of
Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is
preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates
must have a Oregon license (required for submission). • Local &
travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission.
Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination
required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal
declinations accepted. • No previous experience allowed for Staff
at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no
current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan
Health Services. Pre-employment modules may be required for this

Details: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may
make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but
a written request is required to apply. Shift & Scheduling: Nights
(1900-0730) rotating weekends. 7 days maximum time off 1 reference
from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required
for submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
