Legacy Health seeks an experienced and compassionate Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (UCNP) to join our dedicated team in delivering exceptional healthcare services at our urgent care locations across Oregon and Washington. Our ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in urgent medical conditions, exemplary patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the UCNP will handle patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementation, contributing directly to the health and well-being of each individual patient. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize treatment in a timely manner. Develop and implement care plans, prescribing medications and treatments as appropriate. Provide urgent and emergent care to patients with a variety of acute conditions. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Educate patients and their families on follow-up care, health management, and preventive measures. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines. Advanced practice nursing skills Ability to handle high-stress, emergency scenarios Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Capability to make quick and accurate clinical decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Nurse Practitioner Licensure Board Certification from the AANP or ANCC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
