Occupational Therapist Location: Salem, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,418 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Experience in outpatient hand therapy is required. Experience working with post-op hand surgeries and splinting is required. CHT certification is preferred. License: Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible. License must be verified prior to the start date. Certifications: BLS certification from the AHA within 90 days of hire is required. NBCOT certification is required. Must-Have: Clinical experience in the practice setting is required. Description: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation. They will develop and follow through on treatment plans to support the mission. Candidates must have a BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Certification by NBCOT is also required. Candidates must possess relevant clinical experience in the practice setting.
