ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $55.00 - $59.00/Hourly. Summary:
A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides specialized
respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders in
hospitals, clinics, or home care settings. The RRT assesses,
treats, and manages patients with acute and chronic respiratory
conditions under physician orders, ensuring safe and effective
therapy. Responsibilities: ?Assess patients’ respiratory status,
including lung sounds, oxygenation, and ventilatory function.
Administer prescribed respiratory therapies, including oxygen,
aerosolized medications, and airway management. Manage mechanical
ventilation and perform ventilator weaning under physician
guidance. Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases
(ABG), spirometry, and pulmonary function testing. Respond to
respiratory emergencies, code situations, and rapid response calls.
Requirements Requirements: 2 - year experience Required, BLS
Certification, ACLS Certification, PALS Certification, NRP
Certification, RRT, Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care
License required, Current registration by National Board of
Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) required. Benefits Benefits: Referral
