Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Outpatient Operating Room who is dedicated to providing top-tier care to our members. This role demands precise execution of surgical assistance duties and a compassionate approach to patient care, aligned with our integrated health service model. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining a commitment to efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in performing surgical procedures following standard protocols. Monitor patient status and provide direct nursing care during surgical procedures. Educate patients and families about preoperative and postoperative care. Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of surgical equipment. Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement comprehensive patient care. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Proficiency with electronic health record systems Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS Certification ACLS preferred
