Job Description:
Description $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates
that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. The
Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent
nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing
process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.
Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving,
delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care
delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.
All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range
of general nursing knowledge and expertise. In addition,
development and validation of knowledge and skills essential to the
assigned department, patient population and/or practice area are
crucial. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the
Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible
living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join

independent lives. Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training:
Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the
Nurse Manager. - Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License -
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
