We are looking for a provider who can cover 4 days a week
(Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm with a one hour lunch built in) full time
each month. Noting though we may be able to accommodate a provider
who can work 3 shifts a week (Monday-Wednesday, but those would be
10 hour shifts). If they were to work 10hr shifts we would only
schedule patients from 8am-5pm but the other time could be used to
complete charting, etc. Prefer a provider who has a clean
background in order to try to get a sooner start date approved.
Right now we are looking at mid June but with a clean file they can
see if temps can be approved. Please ensure the bid reflects the
below: - Guaranteed hours: 8 hours per day - OT to apply after 10
hours per day Provider will be working at the clinic onsite at the
hospital (address in practice description). They will be working
with an oncologist and some days will be working independently.
Working with hematology oncology patients, managing patients in the
infusion suite. Managing inbasket, responding to patients on their
lab results, working with the navigator to triage calls. No
rounding. REQUIREMENTS:

Active OR license and OR DEA AONCP certification is required BLS
required Provider will need to complete the application as soon as
possible in order to make their start date. Provider will work in a
newly renovated clinic alongside an exceptional team comprised of
highly skilled infusion nurses, an oncology nurse navigator,
medical assistants, an oncology dietitian, a social worker, and
schedulers. Additionally, you will have support from our
specialized Oncology Palliative Care team. Joining the Providence
