Clinic Call | Portland, ORWhy This Role - Fully remote telehealth
role with weekday schedule - Long-term coverage need with uncapped,
competitive rates - Shared call model with advanced practice
support Assignment Details - Start date March 9, 2026 - Ongoing
assignment - One provider requested - Monday through Friday,
8:00a–5:00p - Weeknight call 4–6 nights per month -
Approximately one weekend of call per month - Shared call coverage
across regional teams Clinical Details - Telehealth hospice and
palliative care coverage - Adult hospice patient population -
Average census approximately 350 shared patients - Call includes
admissions, symptom management, crisis visits, GIP admits, IDT
participation, consultations, and CTIs - Advanced practice provider
support available during some call periods - EMR is Epic
Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of
residency - Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
preferred - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine accepted with
significant hospice experience - Active Oregon medical license and
Oregon DEA required - Active Washington medical license or IMLC and
Washington DEA required - BLS required Compensation - Rates:
