Physical Therapist Location: Albany, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,498 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: Ability to travel to multiple points of care Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculoskeletal in nature. These conditions have resulted in either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. A variety of services are offered in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy. This is an outpatient position.
