Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Oregon City, OR Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,232 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position ID: 76717266 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 1ST TIMERS - PEND LIC L&D RN -Req 9986Mgr is asking for at least 2 years experience as they need the candidate to be independent on night shift but would consider someone with 1 1 years experience IF they worked on a high risk/high census L&D unit.Will position float between units: Yes per unit needsIs on-call required? NoAre weekends required? Yes every other weekendAre block schedules required? Please note, it s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside. Special Procedures/Unit Details : We are a 14 bed LDRP and have 1 OR on the unit. We are 1:1 with active labors and 1:3 with postpartum couples. We follow AWHONN staffing standards. We have resuscitation nurses and break nurses. Special Equipment : Screen candidates against track, until we have a Unit description completed, thank you Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved . Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. PLEASE NOTE - Must have a vehicle for this assignment! If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
