About the Role: Part-Time Bartender At Hudson's Bar and GrillWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hudson's Bar and Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. This role requires a high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service to our guests.Minimum Qualifications:Previous experience as a BartenderKnowledge of bartending techniques and recipesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy weightPreferred Qualifications:Experience in fine dining or upscale bar environmentCertification in bartending or mixologyKnowledge of wine and spiritsExperience with inventory management softwareResponsibilities:Prepare and serve beverages in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain a clean and organized bar areaMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededProvide exceptional guest serviceAdhere to all company policies and proceduresSkills:As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills to prepare and serve a variety of beverages to our guests. You will also use your guest service skills to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift and carry heavy weight will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
