Job Description: The Barista/Cashier is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing and serving coffee, tea and other beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The Barista also serves as the cashier for the Bites Bar and will take in-room dining orders over the phone. Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Provide friendly, efficient and personalized customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience Operate espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment while maintaining proper calibration and cleanliness Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverage quality and compliance with sanitation standards Stay knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients Work as part of a team to support daily operations, including opening and closing duties, restocking supplies and assisting coworkers when needed Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Other duties as assigned What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development.
