Title: Lead Digital Product Manager (Global Digital Payments) Location: Remote, EST Duration: 6 month contract Compensation: $85-90/hr. (Senior Lead/Associate Director level) Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. If interested, please contact Margot Parsons at mparsons@inspyrsolutions.com or call 714-465-5478 As Sr. Lead Product Manager for Payments on our Purchase team, you'll help lead the team responsible for developing and optimizing the online/digital payments experience. From checkout to installments, wallets, and all payment methods, you will partner with peers across product design and engineering to guide the launch, rollout, and development of online/digital products to be used globally. As a part of the product team focused on purchase, you will have the opportunity to drive a best-in-class global payments experience through which billions of dollars of transactions flow each year. You will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, including standardization of core features, ongoing optimization, and working collaboratively with stakeholders in over 20 countries worldwide to roll out a modern, high-performing payments solution. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading the entire product life cycle: crafting roadmaps, defining and prioritizing product requirements, delivery, rollout, and post-launch care within the expected timelines. Authoring clear and coherent business cases, competitive analysis, product operational processes, and configuration documentation. Delivery of features from concept to launch, creating deployment plans and collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to release new features and solicit input for optimizations. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) 7-10 years of product management experience in a technology-focused business. Proven experience working with mobile, responsive websites, preferably B2C e-commerce properties with high traffic. Demonstrable experience of leading efforts to interpret business needs into requirements, artifacts, and documentation. Experience working with agile product management techniques, including PI planning. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with global remote colleagues across business areas and levels. Working with sponsorship, marketing, client account management, and legal governance teams throughout the development cycle to ensure the product meets expectations. Ability to learn new information quickly and thoroughly, including the ability to understand the components of technical architecture and how they fit together. Great organizational skills with the ability to manage the successful execution of concurrent priorities. BSc or equivalent degree required; Advanced Degree in computer science, business, or design preferred (but not required). Strong attention to detail and highly analytical mindset. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and aptitude to propose solutions. Natural curiosity about how things work and confidence with technical details. Results and delivery focused with an eye for quality and reusability. Ability to adjust priorities and approaches, being flexible and responsive to changing situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
