As an Aggregate Plant Mechanic on the swing shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and systems at our aggregate production facilities. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of our machinery, contributing to our commitment to environmental stewardship and our legacy of quality products. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all aggregate processing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems in crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment Fabricate and modify equipment as needed to improve plant operations Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule maintenance and minimize plant downtime Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including welding, fabrication, and basic electrical troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and maintenance manuals Experience with conveyors, crushers, screens, and other aggregate processing equipment Solid problem-solving and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license MSHA Safety Certification preferred Welding certification is a plus
