Grading SupportJob Overview:This job is a combination of support
services for customers, engineering staff, and sales staff of our
GradeScan systems with Perceptive Sight AI technologically.Job
Responsibilities Include (not limited to):* Phone and onsite
customer support* Software engineer support* Regression testing of
new software* Customer training* System startup* Troubleshooting
system issues* Upgrading and installation of software to systems
remotely* R&D testing for software engineers* Travel both
domestically and internationally up to 33% of the time* Work with
the entire Lucidyne team and interact successfully with all staff
to ensure the best results possible for the customerBasic
Requirements:* Excellent people skills with a can-do attitude*
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 33%* MS
Windows* Access to high speed internet* Excellent troubleshooting
skills* Self-motivated* Ability to multitaskPreferred Additional
Skills:* Experience in customer service* Experience in sawmill or
planer mill environment* Knowledge of lumber grading* Knowledge of
Lumber mill optimization* Ability to install computer programs and
navigate windows environmentJob Type: Full-time
