associates (CSWA, LPCA, MFTA) for full or part-time positions in
our Corvallis, OR location.Clinicians have the option of onsite,
telehealth or hybrid scheduling.Requirements:Doctoral or Masters
degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling
fieldTherapist Associate (CSWA, LPCA, MFTA)Experience providing
direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid
computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated history of
professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent
clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clientsBeneficial
Skills & Experience:Competent with a wide range of clinical
presentationsExperience with children or adolescentsExperience with

individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and
adults throughout Oregon. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the
mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Springfield, and
surrounding communities. Our combined team has broad counseling and
psychiatric expertise, and we match our therapists to each client
to address their specific needs and concerns. What sets ETOC apart
is that they take pride in the training, development, and
supervision of their clinicians by being committed to employing
students in practicum/internship in addition to candidates that are
on their associate license. Finally, our leadership team is led by
an experienced Executive Director with over 15 years of counseling
experience in addition to being an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She
has been responsible for supervising therapists and supervisors in
training both at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the
