Position:Assist in all aspects of fertilizer plant operations and
warehouse operations duties. To include but not limited to;
stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers, forklift, and
general housekeeping. The role requires strong mechanical ability
and aptitude. Must enjoy working with a diverse customer base in a
fast-paced setting. Key Skills and Abilities Include:Knowledge
and/or experience with agricultural operations (preferred)High
School Diploma or equivalentAbility to repetitively bend and lift
boxes and bags up to 70 lbs. (at a rate of up to 3 units per minute
for 2 hours) while working in a non-climate-controlled areaSafety
first attitudeBasic math understanding and manipulationAble to
distinguish colorsMust be able to write Job Safety Analysis
(JSA)Ability to run the Bagger/Heat Sealer efficiently, if
applicable to the location.Operate material handling equipment
including order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment as
required Key Personal Attributes Include:Team Player with a
positive outlook, willing to work multiple shifts, and willingness
to work overtime hours during busy seasonsAlways maintain a
professional appearance and positive attitude.Must be punctual and
on time for workAbility to work in an environment that has a
moderately loud noise level Specific Responsibilities and Key
Deliverables Include:Properly label all containers and
packagesNeatness and attention to detail on all paperwork, and
seeing that it all returns to the office for processingDaily
Maintenance and Cleanliness of all plant equipment and plantOversee
tank farm cleanliness and upkeep. Secure tank farm at the end of
each dayFill containers with the proper material and match the
label and orderWear proper safety equipment per SDS sheets of
chemicals being handled by the employeeMake sure the tank is
cleaned and ready to be filled, Ensure the integrity of containers
being filled is solid.Utilize catch basins for spillsMonitor all
tanks that are being pumped into or out of for leaks, spills, or
damageMake sure all containers are properly cleaned when done
fillingMake sure all packaged products are put safely onto a pallet
and wrapped with shrink wrap before being put into the warehouse
for storage or onto the truck for deliveryTo complete daily and
weekly checklistsUtilize and follow policies and proceduresComplete
and enforce daily JSAFollow and understand order pick
ticketsDetermine correct packaging materials needed by product
typeCalibrate and monitor manufacturing scalesHandle finished
products with care and ensure the final pallet is within the
standardOperate all equipment with respect to company
policyIdentify needed and complete maintenance as needed and to
their best abilitiesAccurately document work orders filled and turn
in daily for computer entryPerform quality control while handling
productsPerform other duties assigned by management professionally
and efficiently Training Required, post-hire:All Position Specific

in performing and demonstrating tasks and skills required of a
material handler or equivalent prior Certifications Required,

WE EHSS Certifications Compensation and Benefits:In compliance with
all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base
compensation for this position ranges from $13.56 - $17.18 per
hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and
experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays,
